Cancellation Policy

All notification of cancellations must be received in writing at sophia@edgepartnerships.com no later than September 7, 2026 to be eligible for refund.

Full refunds, minus a $50.00 processing fee, will be given for cancellations received before the deadline.  Refunds cannot be granted for any notification received after this date, however substitutions may be made.  Please note that the conference will take place in the event of inclement weather.  Registration fees will not be refunded for weather related issues.

No Show Policy

If you do not cancel your registration and do not attend the conference, you must still pay for the conference.
